The process starts with market scan and survey which gives a clear picture of the employability potential in the industrial and service sector of any given place .Next comes the road show to reach the unreached communities and locations that are marginalized and neglected. It involves registration aptitude test, counseling and admission.

Assignment surveys, field visits, project and assessment records are different approaches towards development of an individual aspirant. Work readiness module includes training aspirants in resume preparation, workplace expectations, dressing and grooming and mock interview sessions.
